The Open Division was won by YaketYak Wireless and led by Coach Dr. Al Uy and managed by Ron Suan. Runnerup Kababayan Travel; who won for three consecutive years with only two losses; was finally dethroned with the 3-point shooting of Eric Rolle after a hotly contested game where the lead changed hands before YaketYak took the lead for good in the last two minutes. Kababayan Travel is managed by Chito Vilar and coached by Edwin Bulos. The Open Division is scheduled to start the league again in late September.

The 1st Conference of the Executive League was won by Jeepney Bistro and led by Coach Dennis Velasco and managed by Joselito Sydiongco.  Runner-up was BlueXO Services with Chito Vilar as Coach and managed by Jun Castelo. Jeepney Bistro was led by the precision shooting of Denis Craig and their team defense. While BlueXO played its heart out in the first half, injuries and 'young age' caught up with their team in the second half. The 2nd Conference of this Division is scheduled for June 21, 2008. A meeting and registration will be held on June 1, 2008 at 2:00 pm at the Asian Bistro Restaurant next to the Manila Supermarket on Dunlap. Registration will also be accepted at this time for the PASAA's 1st Summer Basketball Camp.
